My mom found this
website that has the best recipes ever! we've made a few things from it and they always turn out fantastic! I doubled the recipe and feed a bunch of people, served over rice.
here's the recipe link there's 2 different ways to make it one with the chicken fried and 1's not. i have made them both and like them both. it's spicy so next time i'm going to cut down on the pepper and adding some vegetables. just thought i would share!
